SACI, S.A. de Construcciones Industriales, will once again be present at the International Exhibition of Solutions for the Electrical and Electronic Industry, Matelec 2022 at stand 4D09A. The benchmark trade fair for the sector, which will take place from 15 to 18 November 2022 at Feria de Madrid, will be the meeting point for the brands that define innovation in the electrical equipment sector.
The show will be the platform where SACI will showcase its latest digital solutions and innovations aimed at the sector, focusing on the digitalisation and control of installations, in response to the current need for greater energy efficiency and sustainability in energy consumption, as well as the development of photovoltaic self-consumption, electric mobility, etc.
The Madrid-based manufacturer will be showing new products such as the ASM3-PV metering station. SACI’s network analyser that offers basic and advanced measurement capabilities in a compact format and embedded mounting, optimised for installation in photovoltaic plants. An advanced device that monitors renewable energy generation, designed to measure and calculate electrical variables such as voltage, current, frequency, active/reactive/apparent power, power factor, imported/exported active energy as well as imported/exported reactive energy, together with harmonic components, current and voltage THD, etc., up to 1000V directly phase to phase.
Another of the solutions to be presented at Matelec is the single-phase meter with WIFI communication model M2DWIFI-2, which allows remote reading and control of energy consumption. The meter, designed to improve energy efficiency, incorporates an extra advantage: remote metering and consumption management, as well as prepaid operation, allowing recharges to be managed via web or APP on smartphones and tablets.
The digitalisation of Spain’s electricity infrastructure requires connected equipment that processes information in real time. Information on consumption, grid failures, maintenance forecasts, equipment retrofits, etc. Thanks to advanced monitoring equipment, such as the LVS model, the Smart Grid concept is getting closer and closer. Thanks to SACI, 100,000 transformation centres have already been digitised, which represents 50% of the digitised centres in our country in an energy system that has 630,000 kilometres of electricity network.
SACI’s advanced LV monitoring system, LVS, provides complete network visibility by monitoring LV transformer substation lines, as well as fault detection, meter line, and accurate measurement of power quality.
The marine sector requires robust, accurate, reliable equipment with high electromagnetic immunity and high insulation, capable of withstanding the harsh conditions of working at sea. With these precepts in mind, SACI has developed a new marine monitoring relay, RSN, designed to protect the generator sets used on board.
It is ready for connection to a centralised control point, via an RS485 bus that allows both configuration and the sending of operating data. It is also possible to adjust the relays via the potentiometers on the front panel and via the USB port. It can even be configured without auxiliary voltage via the USB port.
SACI is positioned at Matelec as a reference partner to digitise the electricity market, responding to distributors and installers with a comprehensive offer that covers the entire energy infrastructure. Management systems, energy control, Scadas, automation of industrial plants, shopping centres, buildings, etc. A complete portfolio that will be presented together with the operational technologies already known by the professional.
