RSN - Naval surveillance relay
The naval monitoring relay RSN is a device intended for the protection of generator sets commonly used on board. It can be used in both naval and industrial installations. It is prepared for connection to a central control point by means of an RS485 bus, which allows both the configuration and the sending of operating data. It is also possible to adjust the relays via the potentiometers on the front panel and via the USB port. It is possible to configure the equipment through the USB port, without the need for auxiliary voltage. The design of the equipment ensures high precision, as well as allowing enormous flexibility in terms of the selection of output ranges, variables to be measured, and nominal scale values, as well as the possibility of having one input and one or two analogue outputs and up to two digital inputs. In addition to accuracy, special care has been taken to ensure robustness and reliability, as well as high electromagnetic immunity for use in harsh industrial environments, with high insulation characteristics.
