Internal information system

SACI is committed to compliance with the law and the prevention of infringements. To this end, it has set up the SACI Internal Reporting System as a means by which conduct occurring in the course of the company's business that may be contrary to the law or its internal regulations can be reported anonymously and confidentially.

The internal information system is designed and managed in strict compliance with the legal requirements of availability, confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and third parties involved, as well as of the investigations that may be carried out, effectiveness, investigation procedure, developed through the relevant policy and procedures and whistleblower protection.

SACI's Internal Information System is open to all members of the SACI Board, management, employees, employee representatives, terminated employees, volunteers, trainees, job applicants where information on breaches has been obtained during the selection process.

The SACI Internal Reporting System is intended to serve as a means of reporting irregular conduct, understood as such:

  • Actions or omissions that could constitute a criminal or administrative offence, whether serious or very serious.
  • Violation of SACI's internal regulations.
  • Any conduct that may be considered reprehensible from the perspective of integrity as a principle of SACI.

SACI offers interested parties the possibility of reporting possible irregularities by clicking on the link contained in the Internal Reporting System tab, in the box REPORT.

SACI's internal reporting system will always ensure that the rights of informants are respected, such as:

  • That their identity is not disclosed.
  • To receive acknowledgement of receipt of the communication he/she makes and of the decision taken on whether or not to initiate the investigation, provided that he/she designates an address for that purpose.
  • To receive information on data protection.
  • To be informed about protection and support measures as a whistleblower.
  • To be informed of the processing of the file that may give rise to his or her communication.
  • To be informed of the existence of other external information systems.
