Dear customers, suppliers and partners,

Update 31/03/2020: In reference to Royal Decree Law 463/2020 and due to the uncertainty of the current situation, we would like to inform you that SACI continues to maintain its operational activity on an exceptional basis. SACI is certified as an essential supplier of energy companies considered as critical operators of essential services that guarantee electricity supply.

26/03/2020: At SACI, meeting the expectations of our partners, keeping the maximum safety for our employees is our priority.

Due to the pandemic situation of COVID-19, we would like to inform that we keep our activity at full capacity.

Our office, administration, engineering, purchasing, commercial and management teams are working remotely since last Tuesday, March 17. Fortunately, the digital tools available today allow us, in a scenario as complicated as the one we are experiencing, to maintain an activity without affecting our productivity.

In reference to our production, and in coordination with the Unions and Management Team, indicate that our productive capacity is being fully utilized. Since last week, security measures have been intensified, the assemblies have been distanced and a minimum distance of 1.5-2 meters has been ensured between workers.

In addition, the sharing of tools has been prohibited, gloves and disinfectant gel have been distributed to sanitize hands. Additionally, the use of common areas has been regulated to minimize the possibility of infection.

All these actions allow us to continue producing normally and therefore, keep the delivery planning and commitments to our clients, so we want to transmit confidence regarding the projects currently underway and those that we have in the pipeline that are about to start production.

As you have all been able to experience, events in the last days change from one day to the next, but as long as the situation continues, we will be able to continue working at a normal pace, and always under the guidelines that guarantee the safety of our team.

Thank you for your dedication and professionalism.

We would like to take the opportunity to share with you some security measures that we have implemented and that will be in force until the situation returns to normal:

• Commercial visits will not be accepted.

• Our usual contact details remain fully active, both the usual telephone numbers and email.

• Our merchandise reception / delivery hours are temporarily from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and are subject to security measures with our logistics team.

Thank you very much for your cooperation.
