Construction

Construction is the art or technique of manufacturing infrastructure. In a broader sense, construction is called everything that requires, before being done, to have a project and a predetermined planning.

In Spain, construction is one of the main engines of national growth, contributing 5.9% of GDP¹ in 2019 and boosting more than a dozen subsectors of the economy thanks to its multiplier effect.

The adequate energy management of hotel facilities is essential today, anticipating the years of their operation. A smarter and more efficient use of buildings will optimize not only direct costs with the control and monitoring of their facilities, but also improve the quality of service of customers and improve the image of the company being respectful of the environment.
SACI has participated in countless hotel projects for the monitoring and control of its facilities.

Energy management and maintenance of your building

SACI with decades of experience in energy efficiency solutions, offers a wide range of products that will facilitate the energy management and maintenance of your building, from energy meters, ultra-immunized differential protections, harmonic filtering systems, management software and reactive energy compensation systems.

A single installation to geographically distant distributed installations

Our solutions are designed to range from a single installation to geographically distant distributed facilities, centralizing all the information in one or several points according to the needs of the client, saving on the management of the same.

The management of educational facilities includes not only the energy management of the centers but the correct development of their teaching activities and various services.

Consumption in lighting, air conditioning and office automation can mean up to 80% of the energy consumption of educational buildings. By adapting these consumptions according to their uses, the saving capacity is considerably maximized. In centers with a large number of single-phase loads and harmonic generators, it is increasingly important to control the quality of consumption of the installation and avoid serious problems.

The main concern in this type of facility is to offer an efficient and fair service to the end customer.

Usually the users of campsites and marinas are not aware of the rational use of electrical energy, since in many cases they arrive at the assigned plot and use all kinds of loads without worrying about the electricity consumed since they pay the same whether they consume a lot or little.

SACI has participated in the energy management of multiple campsites with its meters and management software.

We offer a remote reading and actuation system via PLC (Power Line Communications),

using the existing power line for the intelligent management of your meters. These simply have to be connected to the low voltage network and are automatically detected by the team in charge of managing the PLC system.

Through this system, those responsible for the campsite or marina can remotely read the initial consumption of a meter assigned to a plot or mooring upon the arrival of a new customer and enable the electricity supply. Thus, the possible fraud of other customers who connect their loads in neighboring plots is avoided. If you have a water meter in the plots with pulse outputs as well, by means of a PLC pulse concentrator they can read the value of the water meter.

Once the stay of the final customer is over, those responsible for the installation cut the electricity supply remotely without having to travel to the plot. From the central office, the cost of the energy and water consumed during the stay at the campsite is charged.

In the management of shopping center facilities, there are various needs for their exploitation. The main priority is to control operating costs (OPEX) through the energy management of the uses of the installation, creating efficiency indicators EnPIs (Energy Performance Indicators).

Through these measurement systems, the managers of shopping centers can easily control consumption and perform a comparative benchmarking between uses and centers quickly and easily.

We must also take into account maintenance as an essential factor for operating costs and quality of service for users. These are hidden costs that can have a direct impact on the installation. Untimely triggers of protections, overloads of wiring and power transformers, or poor network quality, are problems that can seriously harm the installation if preventive measures and system monitoring are not established.

An intelligent building is understood as one that has incorporated equipment for tertiary or industrial use, automated technical management systems within its facilities, with the aim of reducing energy consumption, increasing comfort and safety throughout the building. The term is especially applied to: office buildings, corporate company buildings, hotels, etc.

Designed for cost-effective implementation of future systems.

A building is considered "smart" if it incorporates information systems throughout the building, offering advanced activity control and telecommunications services. With automated control, monitoring, management and maintenance of the different subsystems or services of the building, in an optimal and integrated way, local and remote. Designed all with enough flexibility to make it simple and economically profitable to implement future systems.

Under this new concept, the integral automation of buildings with high technology is defined. The centralization of the data of the building or complex makes it possible to comfortably monitor and control from a computer the operating states or alarms of the systems that make up the installation, as well as the main measurement parameters
